Great success in launching the NavNet 3D at the Paris International Boat Show
Once again, the 47th Paris International Boat show has been a successful, excellent event attracting around 270,000 visitors.
Located in the Equipment Hall, FURUNO France SAS was present with a majestic stand of 220m2 in order to promote its range of electronic products. A special emphasis was dedicated to the introduction of the new, revolutionary onboard navigation system, the NavNet 3D.
Every hour, theatrical presentation of the new concepts was performed by a FURUNO staff: through a LCD screen and manipulation of a NavNet 3D keyboard, this new interface was revealed step by step generating amazement and enthusiasm amongst the plentiful audience.
As partners of FURUNO France, several French boat builders such as Catana, Fountaine Pajot, Harmony Poncin and Amel have also exhibited FURUNO products: the auto pilot NavPilot-500 and the new FI-50 series instruments. The NavNet 3D was presented at the Fountaine Pajot stand: again it has been noted a real success.
Journalists were also very enthusiastic about the incredible and high tech feat of the NavNet 3D. Interviews with a lot of famous French nautical magazines and web TV have been conducted throughout the event strengthening again its great success.
